We have identified an issue affecting the skin ownership status of users who started a conversation with Ryza for the first time between approximately September 4, 2026 at 12:10 (JST) and September 16, 2026 at 15:15 (JST).
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
Below, we would like to provide details regarding our response to this issue, as well as an extension of the special promotional price period for the “Alchemist’s Gear” skin as an apology.

・The free “Basic” skin was not registered as owned and could not be selected.
・The paid “Alchemist’s Gear” skin was incorrectly registered as owned.
※These issues were resolved at approximately 15:15 (JST) on September 16, 2026.
■ Affected Users
Users who started a conversation with Ryza for the first time between approximately September 4, 2026 at 12:10 (JST) and September 16, 2026 at 15:15 (JST).
※Users who started a conversation with Ryza for the first time outside the period above are not affected.
■ Actions Regarding This Issue
1）Granting the Free “Basic” Skin
The free “Basic” skin will be granted to all users affected by this issue.
It will be distributed gradually throughout September 17, 2026.
2）Removal of Incorrect Ownership of the Paid “Alchemist’s Gear” Skin
The paid “Alchemist’s Gear” skin, which was incorrectly registered as owned, will be removed from affected users’ owned skins during maintenance beginning at 22:30 (JST) on September 18, 2026.
※If “Alchemist’s Gear” is selected when its ownership is removed, the selected skin will automatically switch to “Basic.”
※Users who have purchased the paid “Alchemist’s Gear” skin are not subject to this removal and may continue using the skin.
3）Extension of the Special Price Period for the Paid “Alchemist’s Gear” Skin
As an apology, we will extend the period during which the paid “Alchemist’s Gear” skin can be purchased at its special launch price.

The special price period for the paid “Alchemist’s Gear” skin will be extended as follows.

Until September 30, 2026 at 22:30 (JST)
※After this time, the skin will be available at its regular price.
※The prices above are those displayed on the Japanese App Store / Google Play. Prices may vary depending on your country or region.
The special price period for the following three paid skins will end as originally scheduled at 22:30 (JST) on September 18, 2026.

■ Notes
・This issue has not affected conversation history, items, or conversation token balances.
・If the skin display does not update after the above actions have been applied, please restart the app.
・The price charged at the time of purchase will be the amount displayed on the App Store / Google Play payment screen. Depending on the store’s update status, it may take some time for the price displayed in the app to be updated.
・Skins you have already purchased will remain available for use.
・Maintenance from September 18, 2026 at 22:30 to September 19, 2026 at 00:30 (JST) will proceed as scheduled.
